Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the box.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
